dc.description.abstractThe full pressure treatment with salts, was applied to E. deglupta posts. Evaluation was on basis of the extent of penetration and retention of preservative chemicals. Treating variables studied included moisture content determination seasoning of the wood, pressure treatment, air drying, and final quality. The results obtained with this species were very encouraging as air drying time, penetration and retention of preservative concern.
