Abstract
El presente estudio analiza el modelo de ordenamiento judicial italiano ampliamente reconocido en el derecho comparado como garante de la independencia judicial. Se analizarán los antecedentes históricos, la estructura, la organización y las funciones del Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura, órgano creado en la Constitución Italiana de 1947 cuya función primordial es garantizar la autonomía y la independencia de la magistratura. This paper reviews the model of Italian judicial order recognized incomparative law as guarantor of judicial
independence. Will analyzed the historical background, structure, organization and functions of the Consiglio
Superiore della Magistratura, an organ created in the Italian Constitution of 1947 whose main function is to
guarantee the autonomy and independence of the judiciary.
