Propuesta de una herramienta tecnológica interactiva de divulgación y promoción sobre los Consejos Regionales de Vinculación con la Empresa y la Comunidad (CORVEC), para los actores vinculados con la Educación Técnica Profesional del CORVEC Puriscal Unido.

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar y evaluar qué tanto los actores vinculantes a la Educación Técnica Profesional (ETP) conocen sobre la existencia y funciones del Consejo Regional de Vinculación con la Empresa y la Comunidad (CORVEC) Puriscal Unido. Además, identificar cuál es el medio oficial utilizado por el CORVEC en estudio para mantener una comunicación directa, fluida y reciproca con los actores vinculantes a la ETP. La muestra para esta investigación fue de 96 participantes representativos de los actores vinculantes al CORVEC Puriscal Unido. Por lo tanto, esta muestra se subdivide en 49 representantes del sector estudiantil, 26 de representantes del sector empresarial, 20 representantes del sector comunidad y uno presidente del CORVEC Puriscal Unido. Los resultados se recabaron al aplicar tres cuestionarios a cada sector y una entrevista al presidente del CORVEC en estudio. Los resultados revelaron que el 85.7% de la población estudiantil, el 80% de los representantes del sector comunidad y el 84.6% de los participantes del sector empresarial encuestados no conocen sobre la existencia del CORVEC Puriscal Unido. Asimismo, del porcentaje de participantes que afirmaron conocer el CORVEC en estudio, se obtuvo que el 57.1% de los estudiantes, el 75% del sector comunidad y 50% del sector empresarial indicaron no conocer las funciones del CORVEC Puriscal Unido. De igual manera, esta investigación reveló que el CORVEC en estudio no posee un medio de comunicación oficial que le permita mantener un diálogo directo, constante, fluido y reciproco entre todos los actores vinculantes a la Educación Técnica Profesional. Por último, la entrevista con el presidente del CORVEC Puriscal Unido coinciden con los datos recabados en los cuestionarios, pero este indico posibles razones detrás de estos resultados.

The aim of this study was to determine and assess how much the participants involved in Professional Technical Education (PTE) know about the existence and functions of the Regional Council for Linking Companies and the Communities (RCOLCC) Puriscal Unido. Another purpose was to identify which the official means used by the target RCOBCC is to maintain direct, fluid and reciprocal communication with the participants linked to PTE. The sample for this research consisted of 96 surveyed respondents, representing the participants of the RCOBCC Puriscal Unido. Therefore, this sample is subdivided in three groups: 49 participants from the student sector, 26 participants from the business sector, 20 participants from the community sector, and the president of the RCOBCC Puriscal Unido. The analysis revealed that 85.7% of the surveyed students, 80% of the surveyed participants from the community sector, and 84.6% of the surveyed participants of the business sector answered that they did not know about the existence of the RCOBCC Puriscal Unido. Likewise, from the percentage of participants who said they knew about the CORVEC under study, it revealed that 57.1% of the students, 75% from the community sector and 50% from the business sector indicated that they did not know the functions of the RCOBCC Puriscal Unido. In addition, this research evidenced that the RCOBCC under study does not have an official means of communication that allows it to maintain a direct, constant, fluid and reciprocal dialogue between all the participants involved in PTE. Finally, the interview with the president of RCOBCC Puriscal Unido matched with the data collected in the questionnaires, but he indicated possible reasons behind those results. Altogether, the results confirmed the lack of knowledge that the actors involved in the PTE have about the RCOBCC Puriscal Unido.
