Unión aduanera en Centroamérica, ¿realidad cercana o utopía?

Abstract

Explica que tres países de Centroamérica: Honduras, Guatemala y El Salvador han puesto en marcha un proceso de unión aduanera llamado Integración Profunda, que pretende mejorar la competitividad y las relaciones comerciales entre dichos país. Pero a su vez debe enfrentar el reto de alcanzar un crecimiento económico paralelo, que flexibilice el comercio, sin la aplicación de largos trámites burocráticos, y de una manera más ágil y oportuna.
