Human Maternal Supraphysiological Hypercholesterolemia Leads To Endothelial Dysfunction Of The Placental Microvasculature

Abstract

Maternal physiological hypercholesterolemia (MPH) occurs in pregnancy assuring foetal development. However, maternal supraphysiological hypercholesterolemia (MSPH) leads to endothelial dysfunction in the umbilical vein. Objective: To determine the effect
