dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the one-dimensional motion of a body is studied under the scheme of 'modified Newtonian dynamics' (MOND). Through the asymptotic analysis, approximate analytical expressions for the body movement are found. The asymptotic solutions are compared with the numerical results and with the classical Newtonian dynamics.
