Resumen
La coyuntura planteada por la Pandemia covid-19 ha puesto en funcionamiento programas de responsabilidad social empresaria (RSE) a nivel interno e internacional, imponiendo una agenda desafiante para paliar las consecuencias de esta crisis. Las diferentes decisiones políticas adoptadas en los países que se han enfrentado en mayor o menor medida a esta situación han tenido impacto directo en la manera en que las personas llevan adelante su rutina laboral y familiar. Las empresas han redefinido su rol a la hora de adaptar sus formas de trabajo y crear nuevas iniciativas para aportar a la sociedad. Con anterioridad a la pandemia, el Consejo Nacional de Coordinación de Políticas Sociales, como organismo responsable de la coordinación, adaptación y el seguimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) en Argentina, ha venido alentando la incorporación de los ODS en los lineamientos estratégicos de las empresas, participando en redes y cámaras empresarias, y en todos aquellos ámbitos de articulación público-privados vinculados a la Agenda 2030 . La nueva agenda forma un todo complejo e interrelacionado entre sí, ya que reconoce que las intervenciones en un área afectarán los resultados de otras y que el desarrollo debe equilibrar la sostenibilidad medio ambiental, económica y social. Los ODS funcionan como claves de la RSC, encajando perfectamente con las políticas de RSC de las empresas. A fin de cuentas, los ODS no están destinados únicamente a los gobiernos, sino que también se dirigen a la sociedad civil y al sector privado
