In the present article a possible dialogue between Popular Education, Critical Pedagogies, Collective Health and Mental Health is proposed. For this work, the current neoliberal context is considered in most of Latin America and the Caribbean and a counter-hegemonic and dissonant dialogue with respect to Capitalism is projected. In turn, a prism is proposed from which it seeks to contribute to an alternative production of knowledge and emancipatory approaches. For this, it investigates some paths within the framework of a disruptive Collective Health, in Popular Education, and the Critical Pedagogies are taken in relation to a decolonial critique, that is, some lines will be addressed as Critical Pedagogies of the coloniality. In this way, it is possible to think of an axis-concern transversal to the work that has been sketched from different points, the tension and dispute between the paradigm of colonial modernity, and another paradigm (critical), sustained in an emancipatory collectivist perspective, finding itself this axis in a suggested way throughout the written production.
