Sector comercial e inversión inmobiliaria en Tucumán, 1800- 1850

Abstract

En esta ponencia analizamos específicamente a los actores ligados al comercio que intervinieron en el mercado inmobiliario de Tucumán en la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Mediante el análisis de casos in- tentamos estimar la importancia relativa de los bienes inmobiliarios en relación al patrimonio económico global de cada actor y determinar – en lo posible- las diferentes orientaciones productivas o usos dados a las propiedades.

In this paper we will analyse the commercial agents of Tucumán’s real - estate buying market in the first half of the XIX century. Considering various cases, we intend to estimate the relative importance of land property in the global economic wealth of each agent and to settle –if possible- the different productive orientations or uses given to that property.
