Resumen
For adults with chronic non‐specific low back pain, reviewers found little to no difference between yoga and exercise in back‐specific function, clinical improvement at six weeks or six months, or adverse events. Pain might slightly decrease with yoga compared with exercise, and quality of life might improve at four weeks to seven months. However, most evidence is of very low certainty, implying little confidence in these results.
