Resumen
Notre réflexion se situe à la croisée des politiques d'assistance et du développement d' emplois féminisés, formalisés mais précaires, en Argentine et au Brésil. Ces deux pays ont développé des politiques sociales de « combat de la pauvreté » par l'intermédiaire desquelles des femmes issues de milieux populaires sont mises au travail dans des secteurs du care, et représentent ou non les publics directement visés par ces politiques. Par-delà les différences entre les interventions publiques choisies, les auteures interrogent les proximités en termes de travailleuses touchées, de précarité des emplois créés, ainsi que des formes d'appropriation de la part de ces « bénéficiaires ». Au-delà des frontières et des particularités, cette approche concerne in fine les effets de l'hybridation des modalités de l'action publique en Amérique latine, et leurs effets dans la vie des populations concernées.
