Ideas, instituciones y políticas: una trilogía necesaria para fortalecer el Mercosur

Abstract

Tomando en consideración la fragilidad que ha exhibido el Mercosur en los últimos tiempos, este trabajo se plantea la necesidad de fortalecer este proceso de integración desde el campo de las ideas y las instituciones. Para ello reflexiona en torno del rol que a ambas le asigna la visión constructivista de las Relaciones Internacionales.

Taking into account the wakeness and fragility that Mercosur had shown during the last period, this article discusses about the contribution of ideas and institutions in order to strengthen this integration process. Therefore the reflection points out the importance given to ideas and institutions from the constructive perspectives within the field of International Relations.
