Impactos del turismo de sol y playa sobre el medioambiente en la localidad de Santa Clara del Mar

Resumen
Santa Clara del Mar es la cabecera turística del Partido de Mar Chiquita, y su actividad principal es el Turismo de Sol y Playa. Esta actividad durante su desarrollo genera impactos positivos y negativos sobre el medioambiente. La actividad turística en Santa Clara, como en la gran mayoría de las localidades del litoral atlántico, fue desarrollándose a lo largo del tiempo de una manera espontánea, no planificada, lo que generó progresivamente diferentes impactos sobre el medio ambiente. Santa Clara al estar muy cerca de Mar del Plata, tan solo 18 km, recibe permanentemente, en la época estival, muchos visitantes que van a disfrutar de las playas durante el día sin pernoctar en dicha localidad, esto impacta directamente en la actividad turística.
