Resumen
The origin of modem totalitarísiQS CAN be found in the
“Discourses to the Germán Nation", (1807); as long as Johann G.
Fichte set up there the first "ideology" about the superior people
and the State it deserved. Connection between this totalitarian
conception of the State and the popular education is analyzed in
order to show why german idealism carne one step backwards
compared to Kant’s political thouhgt. Fil: Martínez Cinca, Carlos Diego.
