Resumen
The objective of the present work was to evaluate the utilization of the silage acid devil fish (SADF) as alimentary complement in the diet of ruminants (ovine and bovine). Whereby, the present document is found structured in three experiments. The experiment 1, the objective it was to evaluate the productive behavior of ovine of grows fat fed with (SADF). Were utilized 18 creoles lambs with an initial weight of 21.11±3.99 kg, distributed in three treatments, with two repetitions for treatment, with levels different of inclusion SADF (0, 7.5 and 15%), lodged in group corrals, with food and clean water to free access. He was found you differentiate significant (P<0.05) on the consumption of food with values of 1.37±0.06; 1.39±0.11; 1.02±0.10 kg/day, nevertheless, in the profit of weight did not they exist differentiate significant (P˃0.05) among the processing with values of 97±10; 143±16 and 109±08 g/day for 0, 7.5 and 15% respectively. The alimentary conversion (consume of dry matter on profit of weight) and performance of the channel they were: 14.12, 9.72 and 9.35 kg/kg; 45.94, 50.66 and 45.58%. It is concluded that the SADF represents an alternative in it grows fat of ovine for meat as dietary complement. The objective of the experiment II, was to evaluate the consumption of food and the young bulls weight profit, during the phase of adaptation (15 days) of an elaborate diet from SADF (12%), corn and stubble (86%) and mineral (2%).
