<p>Este proyecto productivo en zona de origen, realizado en el departamento del Caquetá municipio de Doncello vereda Puerto Manrique, tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un componente agronómico por medio de intercambio de saberes con la población presente en la zona durante la ejecución del proyecto productivo, así como también las personas que participaron en el desarrollo de los componentes que hacen parte de este proyecto. Durante el desarrollo de este trabajo se aprendieron diferentes prácticas que hacen los agricultores de forma empírica y que han aplicado durante años, de la misma manera sus creencias para la implementación de sus cultivos; a esto se le añadió el conocimiento técnico, practico y teórico adquirido durante la formación universitaria profesional, con el fin de articular y estructurar de manera integrada el establecimiento de cultivos agrícolas y su manejo óptimo. Así mismo, se desarrolló el componente investigativo sobre los “Factores que favorecen el incremento de los cultivos ilícitos coca (Erythroxylum coca) en la región de Doncello, Caquetá, análisis realizado entre los años 2019 y 2022; para ello se elaboró un plan estratégico relacionado con las personas de la población con quienes se desarrolló la investigación. </p>This productive project in the area of origin, carried out in the department of Caquetá, municipality of Doncello, Puerto Manrique, had the objective of developing an agronomic component through the exchange of knowledge with the population present in the area during the execution of the productive project, as well as with the people who participated in the development of the components that are part of this project. During the development of this work, different practices were learned that farmers do empir ically and have applied for years, as well as their beliefs for the implementation of their crops; to this was added the technical, practical and theoretical knowledge acquired during the professional university training, in order to articulate and structu re in an integrated manner the establishment of agricultural crops and their optimal management. Likewise, the research component was developed on the "Factors that favor the increase of illicit coca crops (Erythroxylum coca) in the region of Doncello, Caq uetá, analysis carried out between the years 2019 and 2022; for this, a strategic plan related to the people of the population with whom the research was developed was elaborated.
