dc.descriptionEste artículo presenta la tesis histórica de que en la década de 1860 a 1869, el Archivo Nacional cumplió un papel fundamental en el proceso de consolidación del Estado-nación. Para esto se definió el método hermenéutico, por medio del cual se interpretan las fuentes primarias (manuales y reglamentos del Archivo Nacional del periodo en cuestión), a la luz de una reconstrucción del contexto, mediante la identificación de fuentes secundarias (resultados de investigaciones históricas). La investigación presenta de modo sistemático el proceso de recuperación de información y un profundo estado del arte, con base en una descripción documental tanto en el ámbito cualitativo como en el cuantitativo que permite el control documental y la fundamentación de los enunciados a través de la corroboración de las fuentes utilizadas
dc.descriptionThis article presents the historical thesis that, during the decade from 1860 to 1869, the National Archives had a fundamental role in the State-Nation consolidation process. For this purpose, the hermeneutical method was defined, through which the primary sources (manuals and regulations of the National Archives from the period in question) are interpreted, in the light of a reconstruction of the context, by identifying secondary sources (historical research results). The research presents, in a systematic way, the information retrieval process and a deep state of the art, based on a documentary description, both in the qualitative and quantitative context, which enables documentary control and the validity of the statements through the corroboration of the sources used
