<p>La evaluación del trabajo de grado se desarrolló en cuatro etapas, agronómica, investigativa, social, y empresarial, las cuales contribuyeron en la conformación de un modelo de adaptación de una variedad no nativa. Es así como, en la fase agronómica se realizó el establecimiento de 2.700m2 de frijol (P. vulgaris.) Variedad Lima en el municipio de San Vicente del Caguán Caquetá, al cual se le realizó un manejo técnico que correspondió a la preparación del terreno siembra, manejo de plagas, enfermedades, y fertilización. Paralelamente se realizó la fase social, la cual se basó en la ejecución de charlas, prácticas técnicas sobre el cultivo de frijol con estudiantes la Institución Educativa Rural Alto Quebradòn. Seguidamente, se desarrolló la fase de investigación en el cual se evaluó el efecto de los días fermentación de la fécula de dos variedades de Yuca (Manihot esculenta) en el nivel de expansión de la panificación del pandeyuca. Así mismo la fase empresarial se basó en la administración, evaluación económica del establecimiento del sistema productivo del proyecto</p> The evaluation of the degree work was developed in four stages, agronomic, research, social, and business, which contributed to the formation of a model of adaptation of a non-native variety. Thus, in the agronomic phase, 2,700 m2 of beans (P. vulgaris.) Lima variety were established in the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán Caquetá, which was made a technical management that corresponded to the preparation of the land planting, pest management, diseases, and fertilization. At the same time the social phase was carried out, which was based on the execution of talks, technical practices on the cultivation of beans with students of the Rural Educational Institution Alto Quebradòn. Next, the research phase was developed in which the effect of the fermentation days of the starch of two varieties of cassava (Manihot esculenta) on the level of expansion of the pandeyuca bakery was evaluated.
