dc.descriptionEste artículo surgió del trabajo llevado a cabo en la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano para obtener el título de especialista en Gerencia y Auditoría de la Calidad de la Salud, durante el 2012. Está basado en la normatividad que se encuentra establecida en el Decreto 1011 del 2006, a partir de la cual se crean los estándares del Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de la Calidad en la Atención en Salud (SOGCS). <em><strong>Objetivo:</strong></em> conocer el grado de conocimiento que tiene el personal de salud que labora en el Hospital San Rafael, en Leticia, Amazonas, sobre este decreto. <em><strong>Materiales y métodos:</strong></em> se aplicó una metodología descriptiva y evaluativa que pudo establecer de forma detallada si el personal que labora en el hospital conoce esta normativa. Se aplicaron encuestas al total del personal, equivalente a 75 personas, de las diferentes áreas asistenciales. Se encontró un nivel aceptable en más de la mitad de la población. <em><strong>Resultados:</strong></em> se pudo evidenciar un gran desconocimiento sobre el Decreto 1011 del 2006. Como falencias relevantes se identificaron el desinterés por el tema y la falta de capacitación por parte de la institución. <em><strong>Conclusión:</strong></em> según los resultados obtenidos por las encuestas, se puede deducir que actualmente los servicios de salud no se están prestando teniendo en cuenta la normatividad vigente.
dc.descriptionThis article resulted from the work carried out at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University during 2012 to obtain the title of specialist in Management and Quality Audit in Healthcare. It is based on the regulations established in Decree 1011 of 2006, according to which the standards of the Mandatory System of Quality Guarantee in Healthcare (SOGCS, for its initials in Spanish) were created. <em><strong>Objective:</strong></em> To find out the degree of knowledge of the health staff working at the San Rafael Hospital in Leticia, Amazonas, about this decree. Materials and <em><strong>Methods:</strong></em> A descriptive and evaluative methodology was applied, which made it possible to establish, in a detailed manner, whether or not the staff working at the hospital was aware of this regulation. The staff, composed by a total of 75 people from the different healthcare areas, was interviewed in its entirety. An acceptable level was found in more than half of the population. <em><strong>Results:</strong></em> A huge degree of unfamiliarity with Decree 1011 of 2006 was found. Lack of interest in the topic and lack of training offered by the institution were found to be relevant weaknesses. <em><strong>Conclusion:</strong></em> According to the results obtained from the interviews, it is deduced that healthcare services are currently not being offered while taking the current regulation into consideration.
