Resumen en español: "Se describen e ilustran las larvas de P. intensa Kirby y P. domitia (Drury) con lo cual se alcanza el 100% del conocimiento de los estados juveniles de este género para México. De las larvas de Perithemis descritas a la fecha, la de P. intensa es la más robusta y con mayor número de sedas en el palpo y prementón. Por su parte, P. domitia aparece como la más melánica. Se considera al borde lateral del prementón como un nuevo carácter diagnóstico del género. The larva of P. intensa is the most stout and with the greater number of paipai and premental setae, as compared to other larvae of the genus previously described. P. domitia appears as the most melanic larva. The lateral border of prementum is considered a new diagnostic feature for the genus. "
