dc.description"In this text we study the historical transformation of three rural communities: Mata Naranjo, Cuajilote and Dos Caminos, belonging to the municipality of Cuitláhuac, Veracruz through their access to the land as ejidatarios, their early connection to the cane-sugar agroindustry and the modifications in its productive rationality. For this reason two axes of analysis are privileged: the economic policy and the agricultural technique that constitute the structure and the peasant agency."
