This paper concludes the (Night) Pedagogy Course of the Federal University of Santa Maria, addresses the theme Bullying in the Early Years within the school context. It presents as research problem: "Can pedagogical practice in school contribute to overcoming bullying in the context of the Early Years?". It has as its general objective: to Understand the bullying phenomenon in the Early Years, seeking to renew the methodology within the school with a view to an inclusive school. And as specific objectives: 1) To know the definitions about the bullying phenomenon in the school context, together with its Public Policies; 2) Study different authors in search of overcoming bullying at school; 3) Bring the internship experience to interact with the theme of the work. In the development of the research I establish relations between the theory interacting with the educational practice seeking contributions to the school context. The research was bibliographic with a descriptive approach from the final internship experience. To support this research I cite: Davi Kolb (1984), Marie Chistine Josso (2004), Cléo Fante (2005), among others. The research structure was designed so that we could know the theme and its relations with public policies for students in dialogue with the practice in the classroom and later reporting these experiences, developing clues to establish inclusive actions, seeking to overcome bullying. Research has shown possible actions that contribute to overcoming bullying, ensuring the protection of children and adolescents through the Law and especially within the parameters of the Common National Curricular Base, using different ways to enhance this new thought methodology.
