Premium ice cream is made on the freshest way possible, without colorings, preservatives, flavorings and little as much processed products. Was object of this project an premium ice-cream shop from Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, with few months of existence. Having a short life, limited resources and limited knowledge about their own business and the local market, the company faces difficulties on growing. In that way, this project aims the analysis, through briefing interviews, market analysis and other available data, of the strengths and possibilities that the ice-cream shop have within its area of expertise. For that was made a mapping of supermarkets and healthy food stores to understand the local market of ice cream and restrictive variations – of sugar, lactose and gluten. As product of this analysis, born a design solution which inserts the company on a new market, presenting a design strategy, suggestions on modifications on communication and introducing a new line of packages, the final design solution of this project.
