This paper presents a case study involving teaching Virtual and Augmented Reality, seeking to help teachers and motivate students, promoting teaching and learning in a dynamic and interactive way. As History is a discipline about the past, and goes over a lot of subjects, the Digital Information and Communications Technologies can be used to assist the development of learning. The visual appeal, through Virtual and Augmented Reality, in this context is a facilitator for students to improve their comprehension of the past so they can value the future.
