This text is part of an experimental project and aims to present a methodological proposal for the advertising creation process, as well as to show the results of its application. At first, a bibliographic research was carried out in order to understand the field of advertising creation and its subfields through advertising writing, art direction and photography direction. Allied to this, there was also a look at the project management literature. After reading the works, we present a methodological proposal based on the methods: Petermann's Concept Creation Scheme (2016) and Kanban based on Dias (2019). Finally, we will present the application of the methodological proposal and its results.
