A função do apoio técnico-pedagógico de um NASF-AB: desafios para continuidade a partir do ano 2020

The present study is characterized as an experience report, with the objective of reporting the production of meaning experienced by a resident of a Multiprofessional Residency Program with an emphasis on Family Health in a NASF-AB team on its practices, related to institutional and matrix support, more specifically in its technical-pedagogical dimension. The experiences took place during a period marked by challenges arising from the new financing of Primary Health Care and a pandemic scenario. The study was developed from the methodologies of participant observation and reflective narrative and refers to the experiences lived based on the logic of teaching-service integration that occurred between March 2020 and February 2021. The study was organized based on units of meaning, who spoke about: technical-pedagogical function of a NASF-AB team; impacts of the new PHC financing policy; reinvention of the NASF-AB support function in a pandemic scenario. As final considerations, it was possible to understand that even with the challenges arising from new publications on PHC financing and the pandemic scenario, this NASF-AB not only overcame the challenges, but managed to reinvent itself in order to strengthen its technical-pedagogical function. through an effective exercise of matrix and institutional support. Finally, it highlighted the historical relevance of continuing to fight to maintain the performance of specialists in PHC, through this type of nucleus. For it is in the set that the effectiveness of the devices for the management of the expanded clinic, provided for in the National Humanization Policy, is enhanced.
