The evolution of the Internet of Things has brought several innovations of work to several
sectors, one of them is the agricultural sector, where the use of technologies such as temperature
sensors stand out for entailing in the dynamics of productions. The use of these
technologies is called precision farming, where field care becomes more secure and controlled.
Diffusing greenhouses are able to contribute to the protection of plantations and
can serve as a place to control crop temperatures. However, to obtain a better crop result,
the use of sensors can aid in controlling the temperature of the greenhouse. In this way,
this work has the objective of proposing a temperature analysis in diffusing greenhouses
and using interpolation methods to evaluate the environment from sensor samples. Finally,
interpolation methods will be compared graphically to distinguish the best results.
