Resumen
This paper presents a case study involving the State Institute of
Education Érico Veríssimo, located in the municipality of Três Passos - RS,
in order to identify the demands in the pedagogical training of teachers,
through the adversities generated by the urgency of implementing activities
in the modality of education. remote education due to the social isolation
caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, seeking alternatives to qualify students'
learning through TDICs (Digital Information and Communication
Technologies). The results presented show that TDICs were important
allies for the development of teaching and learning processes, supporting
remote teaching activities and that will be increasingly applied in the
educational environment.
