As parcerias público-privadas em um novo modelo brasileiro de serviços públicos

Abstract

Public-private partnerships are indeed a reality in our government mode, which given their notorious needs is an indispensable tool for a solid performance of the Brazilian government. This monograph seeks to accomplish an analysis around the PPP evaluating its concept, which the real need and purpose of the same and finally demonstrate the best way of applicability of these partnerships to contemplate the interests of both parties, in this case the private sector and the public sector, or even better, the whole population which should be the sole and exclusive beneficiary of this tool. The work a brief historical analysis of the partnership, then abreakdown on the applicability, conceptualization and bureaucracy that permeate this issue and finally a conclusion given the theme of the study and what are the possibilities of these partnerships and what the possible changes that should occur to maximize the benefits of public-private partnerships in Brazil.
