Resumen
The present study has as main objective to evaluate the satisfaction of the employees of the
Condor Hospital in relation to the factors that interfere in the Quality of Life in the Work. This
research is characterized as a case study, with descriptive character and approach,
predominantly, quantitative. Twenty-two questionnaires were returned. The main instrument
for data collection was the questionnaire, consisting of identification questions, closed
questions about factors influencing the quality of life at work established by Walton (1973) and
an open question related to the proposals quality of life at work. The qualitative analysis was
performed together with the data obtained through documentary analysis and free nonparticipant
observation. The data obtained through the questionnaire were tabulated and
analyzed, statistically, in the Excel program. Thus, it was possible to verify that, for the most
part, the employees are satisfied with the factors that influence the quality of life at work,
highlighting the factors "use and capacity development", "working conditions", "opportunity
for growth and social security, "" social integration at work, "and" social relevance of life at
work. " However, some improvements are necessary in relation to the factors "fair and adequate
compensation", feedback, investments of the institution in the qualification, training and
training of employees, in the "constitutionalism" factor, and in the "total space of work in life"
which can negatively affect quality of life at work.
