Reinserção social de usuários de um centro de atenção psicossocial álcool e drogas: análise em prontuários

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the information recorded in medical records of users of a Psychosocial Alcohol and Drug Attention Center (CAPS Ad) and to identify those that show initiatives of social reinsertion carried out by the multiprofessional team, considering the inter and intrasetorial network. Qualitative research, of the documentary, exploratory and descriptive type carried out between August and December 2016, in a CAPS Ad of a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. For data collection, the information from the medical records of 10 users of alcohol and other drugs was used. It’s concluded that there are few referring to the intersectorial actions and greater quantity as far as the intrasetorial ones. There is a marked centrality, also, in hospitalizations.
