With the expected growth in demand for energy, the electricity sector is faced with the chal lenge of decarbonizing itself due to the need to mitigate climate change. This implies a search
for higher levels of efficiency and an increase in the share of renewable sources in its matrix.
With renewable sources, due to their natural potential, the electricity sector is the one where
the most favorable conditions for significant diffusion are found. Distributed generation (DG)
with microgeneration and distributed minigeneration applications, between the modalities of
multiple consumer units, shared generation, remote self-consumption and local generation, be comes potentially viable for the energy autonomy of consumers and consequent reduction in
the charging of electricity. electrical distribution networks. Many countries are making massive
investments in renewable energy sources in the electricity sector, with a great diversification
of the sources that make up the energy matrix. Thus, the focus of this work is to carry out a
photovoltaic project for a condominium, verifying the modality of distributed generation that
best fits this type of enterprise.
