Resumen
This study presents suggestions for improvement of the movable effects control under responsibility of Santa Maria Universitario Hospital. Through a thorough overhaul at HUSM, via analysis of the filed record at the Patrimonial Service, as well as visits to the sectors, it was sought to verify what is the systematic control used, as well as the need for improvements or the creation of new tools to help on the control of effects. In the study accomplished, it was concluded that the available effects at HUSM are divided into two categories: own effects and third party effects. About the own effects there is a control done by a computerized system. This control is limited to the simple registration of effects, in which the data are not correctly stored or updated. As for the third party effects, these are divided in: “comodato” regimen; with rental contract; of lent caterer’s effects for tests and hospitalized patient’s effects. As to third party effects, there is not any type of control. Based upon the data surveyed in this study, it was established a computerized patrimonial control model. Through this model, reports and forms are emitted, which allow control of own effects and third party effects as well. This model serves as a suggestion for improvement in the systematic control used at HUSM.
