Resumen
Corruption news is increasingly present in our daily lives and has gained more prominence due to operations to combat corruption. Amidst this, cases of loss of documents, return of evidence and apprehended evidence and poor document management are also reported. Numerous questions can be asked: how does an anti-corruption investigation take place? How are documents and evidence managed within operations? What are the entities involved in these processes? Given the above, the main objective of the work is to understand how the documents and proof management and the structuring of judicial processes in cases of anti-corruption operations are carried out, verifying how the archives are being managed within the responsible institutions and how the relations are. these documents with their producing entities. For this, an in-depth study was carried out in the Criminal Procedure Code and specific books in the area so that it was possible to establish what type of process is most used within this type of operation, map the phases of the process, prepare a flow chart and check the possible documents generated from each stage. CONARQ Resolutions, Normative Instructions and Federal Police Organization Chart were also consulted. From the analyzes made, it was possible to understand how documents and evidence are managed within the main institution involved in the processes, the Federal Police, as well as to verify which sectors are responsible for the custody of evidence and seized evidence.
