This article aims to present the result of our research through the speech of two Brazilian Presidents prevented in the years 1992 and 2016, Fernando Collor and Dilma Rousseff, respectively. Supporting us in the theoretical apparatus of the French line speech analysis, whose precursor is Michel Pêcheux; we could notice how are the speeches of former presidents with the development of a process of impeachment, noting the way as the positions of each President moving from different moments of the process, including the process of impeachment by a linguistic bias, in that the subjects involved in such a process, use the language to defend themselves and defend the position for which they were elected. To resolve our research question, we did our analytical clipping through three speeches of each former President in two crucial moments of the processes: The beginning and the end. Selected speeches were aired on national network of official way (directly from the Presidential Palace to the population) and non-official (served by the press in General).
