Projeto e implementação de um fonte de alimentação para switching painéis elétricos usando o conversor de flyback

Resumen
Considering that the switched power supplies are widely implemented as power supplies
for the control and command circuits for the powering of electric engines, we sought to implement
a switched power supply using the flyback converter, in order to comply with the
regulatory norm NR-10. To do so, it is necessary to design an extra-low tension, to design
the electronic components that make up the switched power supply following the guide
present in the literature and to design the flyback converter so that it reaches a switching
frequency of 160 kHz, with a duty cycle of 0.4, a current variation of the magnetization
inductor of 40%, and the converter output current of 1A. Then, a practical implementation
of the flyback converter is performed. Given that, it is verified that the projected values
were reflected in the circuit implementation, which imposes the constatation of the fact that
the flyback converter proved to be of easy application, being able to comply with the requirements
of NR-10 that discusses the measurement of collective protection demanding an
extra-low tension.
