Resumen
The present work is a monograph of the Specialization Course in Educational Management of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). The Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation to Teaching (PIBID) focuses on the initial formation for teaching, seeking to encourage a career in teaching in the basic education of the public network, promoting the approach of the academic to the school context. The general objective of this study is to analyze how the initial PIBID/UFSM/Pedagogy subproject may have collaborated with the graduates of the Pedagogy Course of UFSM (2012-2015) in the management of the pedagogic in their professional performance. The methodology used is qualitative, of the exploratory type, as a data collection instrument. A semi-structured questionnaire was used with the graduates of the PIBID/UFSM/Pedagogy subproject starting years (2012 to 2015). The theoretical reference used was the studies based on Freire (1996), Ramos (2012), Lima (2018) and Bolzan (2002). Regarding the results found, it was emphasized the importance of the subproject to unite and ally theory and practice, as well as the great challenge of group work, which presupposes enrichment of practice, but which still presents itself as an obstacle. It is concluded that the insertion in the academic reality propitiated in academic scope, when worked in a group, develops the interpersonal relations, and raises, in a teaching with autonomy for the pibidiano, applying the constructivist epistemology and finally entailing in an environment of favorable practices for learning in the management of pedagogical work.
