The present investigation, performed from studies inspired by Foucault, seeks to know discourses produced by managers of regular schools, trying to problematize its effects in the production of the students that are said included. For this, I use as analytical materials the interviews performed with three managers of two regular schools in São Pedro do Sul city/RS and as tools of analysis the concepts of discourse and normalization. For ditactic purposes, the discussion was divided in three chapters: in the first I present the movements and the ways that made me come to the Course of School Management, interested of looking at the discourses of school managements about the subjects that are said included; in the second focus in the term Management and its implications in a Perspective of Inclusive Education, analysing the main recurrencies present in the discursives of the managers in relation to inclusive education and to the subjects to whom it is intended; in the third treat of the order of school discourse in relation to the production of the anormal student. From the analytical exercise undertaken in the research it is possible to say that the discourses of the managers of the schools in question are producing the students in situation of school inclusion as special/different/deficient/anormal students and, for this, destinated to practices of normalization.
