Fade: uma narrativa fotográfica produzida como autorretrato Fine Art

The present work is an experimental project produced through a photographic narrative, built in the self-portrait style through artistic expression based on the Fine Art category, consisting of a set of photographs that will assemble a narrative, where the character is herself. author, with a plot elaborated from the author's personal feelings and emotions, based on a particular moment in life, when depression was very present in the routine, to the point of generating the feeling of disappearance. In conjunction with the artistic purposes of the project, an artist's book was produced in which the photographic narrative is presented. The project has as a theoretical and creative basis, the concepts of Fine Art photography, which will be addressed during the theoretical development, together with research related to photography and art, discussing how the relationship between them occurs in order to understand the concepts of Fine Art. In the course of this discussion, there is a brief exposition of facts that make up the self-portrait style, being the photographic category chosen in the production of the project. Subsequent to this discussion, the structures of photographic narrative are explored, bringing observations of the elements that constitute a narrative. The main authors used in the theoretical foundation are Danny Bittencourt, Roland Barthes, Philippe Dubois, André Rouillé, Tom Ang, Susan Sontag e Leon Tolstói, David Präkel, Cândida Gancho, Fernanda Catanho, Barbara Postema, Lucrécia Ferrara e Maria Short. The result of the project is reported at the end of the work, through the description of how the creative process was carried out and the elements used, so that the photographic narrative resulted in a poetic and creative project, as well as the technical choices that composed the work in your practice.
