Resumen
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) research in psychiatry mostly excludes left-handed participants. We recruited left-handed people with a bulimic disorder and found that stimulation of the left prefrontal cortex may result in different effects in left-and right-handed people. This highlights the importance of handedness and cortex lateralisation for rTMS. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
