On the understanding of collective work as the convergence of multiple
perspectives on the specific contents of the physical education, collective and
collaborative planning, and the exchange of knowledge among peers in order to
the denaturalization of some elements of the work, the present study seeks to
analyze and diagnose the effects of this form of organization on the teaching
practice. In this paper, we propose thinking about a concrete experience of
collectivization of pedagogical work. The experience of a group of students and
teachers in the Institutional Program of scientific initiation scholarships (PIBID),
in a public school of the State of Pernambuco, network serves as a detonator
for a reflection on the teaching and training role of collectivization in the
process. The need to rethink the organization of work arises, essentially, an
extended conception about the work and the process of formation. Considering
that collective and the involvement of the researcher with the respondents, our
work is participatory research methodology (SEVERINO, 2007). Although the
reported actions have not ceased, and so keep in constant reworking process, it
is possible to quote some positive developments that way of organization of
pedagogical work. The first of these is the greater complexity on the contents of
the lessons. The horizontal structure among the members of the group, and the
need to draw up a planning objective, contributes to the multiple perspectives
on the practices and phenomena are confronted constantly.
