dc.description.abstract | This work aims to identify the level of organizational commitment of military police officers of the 5thDistrict of State Highway Police/CPRE. It is considered that the potential of how the organizational commitment of employees is a cornerstone for organizational performance. of a public entity that meets social demands, directed in the Public Security System. It is visible the need for a service provided in excellence, because the hopeful society in feeling and possessing a reliable sense of security The research is characterized as a case study of descriptive character, having as technique of data collection the of this material, it was used a questionnaire of 28 statements that aims to demonstrate the level of feelings that the collaborator relates to the organization. It was used as a tool the Scale of Organizational Commitment (EBACO) that was adapted to meet the demands of the work. Research on the subject of organizational commitment aims at structuring ways to make it possible to conduct and analyze the subject of people's commitment as an indispensable element in the achievement of organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The results point to the dimensions of affective and normative approaches. | |
