Estudo de mobilidade da "Avenida Principal, em Parnamirim/RN

Abstract

Due to the increasing number of vehicle congestion in the urban centers, it was necessary to adopt actions aimed at the democratization of public spaces. The objective of this research is to propose actions to improve the vehicle traffic and movement of people on Avenida Principal, Parnamirim/RN. Along this avenue, it tried to analyze the behavior of the road, the accesses, the distribution of the spaces and the daily faced problems by the local users. The creation of the City's Urban Mobility Plan will contribute to strengthen collective thinking and encourage authorities to invest in actions that organize urban spaces. Through this study, solutions were proposed in order to meet the needs of the population.
