Resumen
The proposal of this academic work is to teach the music using the gestures and the corporal
movements as alternative for the musicalization process. The musicalization for the body propitiates
the individual to explore the sounds and the movements of the human body, taking him/it to
discover new possibilities to do music and of expressing artistically. The movements, the gestures
and the voices allow to live the music that will act in a present and direct way inside the individual,
taking him/it to notice and to produce several sounds, using as instrument the parts naturally found
in his/her own body. Because the body and their movements are intrinsic to the human being, when
doing music with the body we won spontaneity, agility and lightness, besides bringing for the
intimacy of the relationship between the individual and his/her body the artistic creation, favoring
the learning of the music. It is based in reading of goods and books that treat of a thematic analysis
involving music, body, movement and sound. The results of the approach expose a new way to
drive activities returned for the musicalization through the body. Musicalizar for the body recovers
a spectrum of the music that is going besides the traditional music and it admits a practical and
creative side truly new, while it undoes prejudices and it enlarges the music vision. Contributing
like this to the recognition of the human body as important and indispensable tool for the
musicalization process.
