Printing using cementitious materials has gained prominence in recent years, but there is still a lot of research on the gaps with printing capacity, as such parameters depend on the interaction between the printing system (printing type, pump, extrusion, printing speed, etc.) and as intrinsic properties of cementitious mixtures, such as material granulometry, types of cement and additions, water/binder volumetric ratios, mass/aggregates volume, mass volume, water volume and sand/total solids ratio. This kind of mixes constant mixes for printing with variations in ratios: maintaining the ability of dry prints to a mixture of printers/printing materials with 3 mechanized ratio of cements, having a cement material deposition extruder nozzle. The consistency of the printability was carried out by evaluating the mixability and visual aspects of the filament, being later changed in mini-mesabelump, spreading, and formation tests under load of the printed printers at printing intervals of 0 min, 15 min and 30 min, then determining the constitutive ratio ranges of the idealized mixtures with a print. Properties not tested and adjusted for strength parts, strength and resistance between assembly specifications, specific parts for each specimen. The printing models, as long as they are used for an inclusion the idealized printing systems to be configured and mixed, even according to different ones, that meet the idealized printing system to be configured different, which can be used as essential as ideals. determined. With the formation of the interface of the printed parts, possibly due to critical factors such as the regions with the void formation and the loss of surface moisture, which improves the reduction of the mechanical performance of the parts, mainly the increase of the position time.
