Resumen
The reception of spontaneous demand does not work in a systematic way as recommended by the National Humanization Policy (PNH) in the context of primary care in the city of Caicó, an important city in the central region of Rio Grande do Norte. This problem directly implies the low resolution of actions that are the responsibility of the care segment, the loss of bond between user units, the dissatisfaction of users with services in the units, and the high demand for emergency and hospital services. Through an experience report I seek to report the awareness actions carried out by the municipal health department with the family health teams of the city of Caicó - RN, about the importance of setting up and qualifying the host to spontaneous demand, at the same time. reflections about the possible challenges in this process, from the insertion of the multiprofessional residency program in primary care. Actually assume or embrace as a guideline and a process that requires changes in the way primary care works. Thus, as happened in Caicó, where it told or involved different actors, this process requires a set of articulated actions, involving users. The process of organizing the care and spontaneous demand in Caicó's primary care emerged from the implementation of risk-classified care in the regional hospital, which evidenced the need to ensure a truly resolutive primary care. Thus, a series of actions to systematize and implement the spontaneous demand reception in the Caicó municipality PH were carried out by the municipal health management and educational institutions, they were: characterization of the origin of the spontaneous demand met at the emergency door meetings, discussion of the problem with managers, users and universities, technical visits to the basic units of the neighborhoods that demanded more users with complaints common to PH, construction of a work agenda with strategic support actions for strengthening primary care, workshops for the construction of flowcharts to receive the spontaneous demand with the FHS of the UBS of the city of Caicó. In the end, we highlight the collaboration of the multiprofessional residency program in primary care in the strengthening of primary care qualification actions, regarding the reception of spontaneous demand.
