Resumen
The organizational climate consisting mainly in the relationship between people is a very important factor within an organization and, when it is not working well can lead to various problems within the company. This paper aims to specifically identify the faction F. Sales- ME issues of personal relationships within the organizational context, its causes, consequences and propose solutions. This work was developed from literature review, followed by a case study. Through study of the interview with the employer was possible to detect problems such as lack of commitment and interest of employees in relation to work. From the interview with the manager, it was identified that the company does not offer specific training and appropriate for the same exercise function. Through of questionnaires with employees identified problems related to quality of life at work, remuneration and relations between the employees. The survey results show that the way to select people is a relevant factor to the problems of personal relations, followed by inadequate training of employees and the form of remuneration adopted by the company.
