Improved oil recovery methods are very common in the oil industry as they improve recovery efficiency and accelerate the production of hydrocarbons. For heavy oil reservoirs, termal methods are mainly indicated because of the influence of the temperature on the viscosity of the oil, such as the cyclic steam injection. Miscible methods, such as solvent injection, act as a surfactante, reducing the interfacial tension in the reservoir and facilitating the flow of the oil into the rock pores. For this work, both methods were combined, under parameters and influences of the cyclic steam na solvent injection were analyzed. The study was carried out through simulations in a reservoir model using STARS, simulator of the CMG group (Computer Modelling Group ltd.). The study was divided in three parts: cyclic steam injection, cyclic steam and solvent injection and economic analysis of the best results. In the first case the variable parameters were the steam injection rate, soaking time, and steam title, and the model with the best oil recovery was chosen as the Base Model. In the second stage of the study, the Base Model served as the basis for the creation of injection models of three different types of solvents (C5, C7 and C9) at different injection percentages. The best results were obtained with the injection of 20% of C5, providing a recovery factor of 52.70% and that even after the economic study using the NPV method was the most profitable, with NPV of US $ 3,525,662, 98.
