Geological and petrophysics information of a specific zone are often required for an studied area that possess few, or only, punctual data that represent a very small region compared to the entire zone that you want the information. The Geostatistics uses artifices to estimate and simulate the general data based on these few informations. Some tools have been created to provide this information, such as the GeoLeap. This program is capable to modeling and variogram analysis, including semivariogram graphics. The main objective of this paper was to present an increase of the extreme importance of the analysis performed by this tool, with the aid of mathematical methods, such as MLS (Method of Least Squares) and the Newton method for nonlinear systems. The program calculate adjustments automatically based on three variogram models (spherical, exponential, gaussian) and present a comparative with experimental data to the user. This reduces the errors between theoretical models and laboratory data, facilitating and proving more accurate results for geologists and engineers that use the program.
