As violações de direitos humanos no controle da crise humanitária na Europa em 2015 à luz do Sistema Regional Europeu de Proteção aos Direitos Humanos

Abstract

International community watchs everyday the penury and disregard that Syrian's refugees are submitted on their hard struggle to leave that country, devastated by a civil war headed for almost five years. Although they have an specific internacional law, that comes to their status as refugees, many of their groups, going to Europe, dreaming about reconstruction the hope in their lifes, undergoes situations of violation of their rights and guarantees, conferred on not just by their refugee' status, but also inherent on the condition of being human, by some member nations of the Council of Europe which are signatories to the European Convention on Human Rights, which in turn seeks to ensure full protection of human rights. Thus, becomes necessary the detailed explanation and supporting of such breaches in light of the European Regional System for the Protection of Human Rights, established by that Convention, and to carry out the remedial measures undertaken, as well as prove the actual effectiveness of European Regional System.
